Use the search engine on the Home page. Select the country and city or region where you want to go. Then select the dates and the number of people sharing the room.
The next page shows a list of all of the Sol Meliá hotels available in your destination and whether they have rooms available or not. You can either choose to see more information on the hotel or select the hotels to see all of its different room types and rates. |

How can I change or cancel a booking? |

If you want to change the details of a booking before you finish it, you can start all over again or click on the "Change this booking" link on the Booking details page.
Once you have finished your booking, the only way to change a booking is to cancel it and make a new booking.
To cancel a reservation, just click on the "Cancel a reservation" link below the search engine on the Home page.

You must provide a credit card number to finish your booking. Unless otherwise indicated, NO CHARGE is made to your credit card when you book. The card number is only required to guarantee your reservation. Payment for your stay in the hotel will be made on the day you depart.
